Where can I get personalized Vanilla Extract labels?
Our personalized Vanilla Extract labels (as seen on Daryl-Ann Denner's Instagram stories) are available from our Etsy shop. Due to the additional information that needs to be exchanged to facilitate personalized orders, we are only accepting them through Etsy at this time. You can find them here:

How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock products ship within three business days, although we do our best to ship most orders the next business day. Orders shipped via our free Economy shipping option take 5-8 business days to arrive. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no labels removed from their backing or perforated cards punched out. Visit our return policy page to learn more or request a return.
Do you sell custom labels?
Yes, we'd love to help you with a custom order. We've been selling custom labels on Etsy since 2018. We aren't currently offering custom labels through this site, but sell many custom styles from our Etsy shop.
Do you offer rush orders?
As a small shop with minimal staff, we are not well equipped to process rush orders. We do offer shipping upgrades at checkout which provide faster shipping once your order leaves our workshop. Purchasing one of these options at checkout is the best way to get your labels sooner. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
What size labels do you recommend for my spice jars?
For most cylindrical spice jars, we would suggest the 1.8" squares. If your jars have squared sides, we suggest 1.25" squares or 2.25" by 1.25" rectangular labels as the 1.8" squares are too wide for most standard 4-oucne squared jars. Please refer to the sizing photos on the listing for examples of various label + jar combinations.
If you're unsure about a size, we suggest you cut a slip of paper to the size you're considering and hold, tape, or glue it to your container to see if you like the fit. Labels work best when adhered to a smooth and even surface. Our labels are not stretchy and are not recommended for use on textured, spherical, or convex jars as they will not stick down smoothly.
How do I change my shipping address?
For security reasons, the shipping address on an order cannot be changed after the order is submitted. If you realize you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. Assuming the order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order and you can reorder with the correct address. We are not responsible for costs or delays incurred due to an incorrect address being placed on an order.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the USA. As a very small company, it's difficult to facilitate shipping to international destinations in a reliable and cost-effective manner. At this time, our webshop only ships to US addresses serviceable by the US Postal Service. We hope to expand shipping to additional destinations in the future.
