Processing Time

In-stock products ship within three business days although we try our best to ship most orders the next business day after the order is received. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email when your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to the US addresses serviceable by the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Speeds

The time it takes to receive your order after it ships varies based on the shipping speed selected at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Express: Ships via USPS Priority Mail Express and usually takes 1 to 2 business days to arrive once shipped.

Standard: Ships via USPS Priority Mail and takes 3 to 4 business days to arrive once shipped.

Economy: Ships via USPS First Class Mail and takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive once shipped.

Business Days

Paper & Pear business days are Monday through Friday. We typically do not fill orders or answer messages on evenings and weekends. Paper & Pear also observes the following company holidays which are not considered business days for the purposes of determining ship-by dates.

As a very small family business, we occasionally close down to allow our family time to take a vacation or spend holidays together. In these cases, additional information about delayed ship-by dates will be published on the site to set exceptions accordingly prior to ordering.
